By accessing or using Bindas ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of
Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service.

- You MUST be 18 years or older to use this service
- By clicking "I am 18+", you certify you meet this requirement
- We reserve the right to ban users suspected of being underage
- Providing false age information is prohibited
3. Nature of Service
Bindas is an anonymous random video chat platform:
- Users are matched randomly with strangers
- No registration or accounts required
- Video/audio/text chat capabilities
- Peer-to-peer connections (direct between users)
4. USER RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
YOU ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR:
- All content you create, share, transmit (video, audio, text)
- Your behavior and conduct on the platform
- All interactions with other users
- Protecting your own privacy and safety
- Any legal consequences of your actions
THE PLATFORM OPERATORS ASSUME ZERO LIABILITY FOR:
- Content created or shared by users
- User behavior or misconduct
- Interactions between users
- Any harm, damage, or consequences from platform use
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following is STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
- Sharing illegal content (child exploitation, terrorism, etc.)
- Harassment, threats, or bullying
- Impersonation or fraud
- Spamming or advertising without permission
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the service
- Using bots or automated systems
- Recording other users without consent (illegal in most jurisdictions)
Violation may result in immediate permanent ban.
6. Content Warning

This is an anonymous platform. Users may encounter:
- Adult content or conversations
- Offensive, disturbing, or inappropriate material
- Unpredictable user behavior

- Video calls are peer-to-peer (not through our servers)
- Never share personal information with strangers
9. Moderation & Enforcement
- Users can report violations, but we cannot guarantee action
- We may ban IP addresses for serious violations
- Bans are at our sole discretion and may be permanent
- We are not obligated to provide explanations for bans
10. Intellectual Property
- The Bindas platform and branding are our property
- You retain rights to content you create
- By using the service, you grant us license to transmit your content to matched users
11. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Terminate or suspend access without notice
- Modify or discontinue the service at any time
- Ban users for any reason
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bindas, its operators, and affiliates from any
claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in Indian courts.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
