Grievance Redressal Mechanism
In accordance with Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, Bindas has appointed a
Grievance Officer to address complaints and grievances.
How to File a Complaint
If you have experienced or witnessed any of the following on our platform:
- Illegal content (child exploitation, terrorism, etc.)
- Harassment or threats
- Privacy violations
- Spam or fraud
- Other serious violations of our Terms of Service
Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Report During Chat
If you're currently in a chat session:
- Click the "Stop" button to end the chat immediately
- Note the approximate time of the incident
Step 2: Contact Grievance Officer
Information to Include
When filing a complaint, please provide:
- Date and approximate time of incident
- Detailed description of the issue
- Your contact email (for follow-up)
- Any relevant screenshots (if applicable)
- Nature of complaint (harassment, illegal content, etc.)
What Happens Next?
- Acknowledgment: You'll receive an acknowledgment within 24-48 hours
- Investigation: We'll review your complaint (note: we don't store chat history)
- Action: If violation is confirmed, we may ban the offending IP address
- Response: You'll be informed of the outcome within 1 month

Please understand:
- We DO NOT store chat history or recordings
- Video calls are peer-to-peer (not recorded by us)
- Users are anonymous (we cannot identify individuals, only IP addresses)
- We can only take action based on available information
- For serious crimes, please contact local law enforcement
Escalation
If you're unsatisfied with the grievance response, you may:
- Escalate to cybercrime authorities: cybercrime.gov.in
- Contact local police for criminal matters
