A page at a name you choose, where you can show your work, list your services and prices, collect reviews from clients, and be contacted. The free plan has limits on how many projects, services and reviews a page shows. Pro lifts them.

You own what you put on it. We claim no rights over your work, your words or your images beyond what is needed to display them on your page and in link previews.

You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload. Putting someone else’s photographs on your page as your own is the one thing most likely to get a page suspended.

A review submitted through a link you sent is marked verified. You can approve it, hide it, or reply to it publicly. You cannot edit what a client wrote — there is no function for it, deliberately, because that mark is worth nothing if it can be edited.

You may add reviews by hand. Those are shown as added by you, not as verified. Passing a review off as verified when it is not is grounds for suspension.

• Pretending to be someone else, or using their work.
• Fabricated reviews, ratings or credentials.
• Anything illegal, or anything that harasses or endangers a person.
• Using the page to sell things the law does not allow you to sell.

A page found doing these can be suspended. Suspension hides the page; it does not delete what you have written, and it is reversible. Every such action is recorded with a reason.

Pro costs ₹149 a month or ₹999 a year, charged through our payment provider. Card details never reach our servers.

You can cancel whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next payment and Pro continues until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not take back something you have bought.

When Pro ends, nothing you made is deleted. Your page returns to the free limits, so it shows fewer projects, services and reviews. Everything comes back if you upgrade again.

Refunds: to be completed by the operator before taking payments. Payment providers require a stated refund policy.

You can stop using BindasX at any time and ask for your account and its contents to be deleted. We may suspend or close an account that breaks the rules above, and will say why when we do.

The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and backed up nightly, but we do not promise it will never be down, and we are not liable for business you believe you lost while it was.

Keep your own copies of work that matters to you. That is good practice anywhere.
