1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BINDASx (the "Service"), including the Chrome extension and website at bindasx.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

BINDASx provides AI-powered tools for optimizing YouTube video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails. The Service uses NVIDIA Foundation Models API for AI analysis and suggestions.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • Free: 3 video optimizations per month. No payment required.
  • Starter ($4.99/month): 15 video optimizations per month.
  • Pro ($9.99/month): Unlimited video optimizations.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for spam, scams, or misleading content.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the extension or API.
  • Circumvent usage limits or credit tracking.
  • Share your authentication tokens with others.
  • Use bots or scripts to automate requests beyond normal extension usage.

6. Intellectual Property

AI-generated suggestions (titles, descriptions, tags) are provided for your use. You own the content you create using our suggestions. BINDASx does not claim ownership of your content. The BINDASx brand, logo, and software are our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer

The Service provides suggestions based on AI analysis. We do NOT guarantee viral success, specific view counts, or revenue outcomes. YouTube's algorithm is outside our control. AI suggestions should be reviewed before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

BINDASx is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost revenue, channel penalties, or any damages arising from use of our suggestions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
